Quik Health & Imaging services is a third party private pay diagnostic
service which lets you book your imaging and health services on your
demand.
Now, you do not have to wait for days or weeks to get your scans and
health check ups done as we can book them for you at our partnered
locations within 24 hours* of your request.

We aim to give you the best and the fastest health solutions to make you free from the pain and the sufferings that you will have to face if you look for appointments physically.

With Quik, you just have to book your appointments online and get your results also online securely, without waiting in long queues.
Eligibility for a Private Scan

Third Party service: If you work for an employee or you are self employed under your own corporation.

Automobile Insurance: If you have suffered from an automobile accident or slip or fall injury.

WSIB: If you have suffered an injury at work.

Screening: If you want to get screened for cancer or coronary diseases.

Other-Non OHIP: If you require a pre surgery imaging scan for non covered assessments, like prostate scan.

Non Resident: If you are a non resident of Ontario and requires a scan for any purpose.

Quik provides with third party booking of appoinments for the services mentioned above.​​

To book an appointment click on tab "Book your Scan Now".

Download the referral form as per your requirements.

Visit a doctor who can refer and fill these referral forms for you so that you can do a third party scan.

Submit these forms to us on our email address - quikhealth.imaging@gmail.com.​

Fill the contact us form and fill all the details as per asked. In the message section please put "referral required" and the reason for it.
